Our Initial/Seasonal Package is ideal if you are in need of a “spring” or “deep” cleaning service. It is very detailed and no surface is left untouched. We charge an hourly rate for all first time cleans, so you may customize this package to suit your cleaning needs and budget.

• Clean Mirrors, sinks, countertops,and cabinet exteriors
• Clean Paper holder/towel racks

• Vacuum/hand wash floors

Bedrooms:

• Change bed linens
• Dust furniture/wall hangings
• Vacuum/mop floors including interiors
  of any "walk-in" closets

Laundry Area:

• Clean countertops

Other living areas:

Kitchen:

• Wipe cabinet exteriors

All Rooms:

• Hand wipe blinds and windowsills
• Interior windows wiped
• Ceiling fan blades dusted
• Dust light fixtures (hand wash only if removed)
• Vacuum baseboards
• Cobwebbing (high dusting)
• Doors and door frames wiped
• Light switch plates wiped
• Lower air return vents vacuumed
