A one-time standard clean starts at $155 for a 1 bed, 1 bath home under 1,500 sq ft. A 2 bed, 2 bath home of 1,500 to 1,999 sq ft is about $184, and a 4 bed, 4 bath home of 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft is about $295. Weekly and every-other-week plans save 15 to 20% starting with the second visit. The first visit is the regular one-time price. Prices are before sales tax, and the booking page shows your exact price.

How much does a standard house cleaning cost in Houston?
A one-time standard clean is $155 for a 1 bed, 1 bath home under 1,500 sq ft, about $184 for a 2 bed, 2 bath home of 1,500 to 1,999 sq ft, and about $295 for a 4 bed, 4 bath home of 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft. Recurring plans save 20% weekly, 15% every other week, 12.5% every three weeks, and 10% every four weeks, starting with the second visit. The first visit is the regular one-time price. Prices are before sales tax.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on home size, condition, and the type of clean. Deep and Move In / Move Out take longer than Standard because of the extra detail work. If the visit needs to fit a set time, call (346) 214-3101 before you book.
Do cleaners bring their own supplies?
Yes. Cleaners bring their own cleaning supplies. Note any surfaces that need special care when you book.
Can I cancel or reschedule?

Will I get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes, on recurring service. Welcome Home Maids sends the same cleaner to every recurring visit. She learns how you like your home, so things stay where you keep them and nothing gets moved around.
